mixed feelings about the stay

the location was acceptable.
Housekeeping really messed up. The coffee cups were dirty when i checked in and stayed that way far too long. I had to remind them multiple times. they did not change the cups until nearly check-out time. they also scratched the door when they brought my car back from valet. It was irritating.

i found the breakfast selection very wide ranging and delicious. the staff was attentive and quick to refill items. the gym was well equipped with multiple treadmills and a variety of weight machines. i especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles available.
this sometimes caused delays when going to and from my room or the lobby.

my room had a comfortable king-sized bed, a separate seating area and a spacious work desk. i also had a minibar and complimentary tea. the room included a large tv with international channels, it was so useful

the hotel offered a large outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers. a dedicated kids' pool area existed separately and was nice. the spa provided massages, facials, and body treatments in a calm environment.

I found the room design excellent. The lighting controls offer options like relaxed ambiance and nighttime settings. Breakfast had a great variety. I appreciated the attentive service from the staff each morning.
I noticed some minor dust accumulation in less accessible areas of the room.

The room carpet had noticeable dirt. I observed scratches and fingerprints on the furniture. Quite surprising for a supposedly new hotel. The bedside lights were too bright and disturbed my sleep. the pillows provided insufficient support.

the staff prepared a nice surprise for my daughter's baby moon. the room was lovely with a king bed. the bathroom size was amazing. the hotel is in a good location.
the house keeping service was really bad and slow.
